Gary, Katie and their 3 kids came to visit for a week in the middle of October. We had so much fun with 9 Petro’s under one roof!! 
We were so thankful that they decided to venture west for a family vacation. Here are some highlights from the week
Hannah Gray and Norah shared a room and bedtime stories at night.
We went to the train museum in historic Sacramento and enjoyed a picnic lunch together. The kids found something that was “big and creepy” so they all had to stare at it.

Hannah Gray would carry a big bucket FULL of water from the lake, all the way up to where all our stuff was dropped, which was probably about a 100 yds away. Crazy girl!

It was a GORGEOUS and perfect day at Kings Beach in Lake Tahoe
We went Gold panning at Bear Creek up near Auburn. Gary found a place to pick up some pans and a couple other supplies at a mining store where they even told us where to go.
